Redeemed at checkout
Whoever receives it enters the code when they book, and the balance comes off right away — no message to us in between.
Tied to one person once redeemed
After it is linked to a customer profile it cannot be passed on again, so hand it over before it is claimed.
No bonus value

Have a Pembroke or Trenton gift card bought before November 2, 2026? Its balance still counts — email us or call (437) 566-0505 with the card details, and our support team moves it over to Alba for you.

Gift card and value card balances are not shared between our locations. Buy the card for the place where it will be used.
It pays for bay time
Bays are charged by the hour and not per person, so a card stretches further with a group than on your own.
Prices can change
Hourly rates may be revised over time, so a card buys a balance rather than a fixed number of hours.
