Open 24/7·Book online, play any hour — no front desk

Questions, answered

4 locations across Ontario, open 24 hours a day. Here is what people ask most before their first visit.

Hours and getting in

  • Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes. All four locations — Pembroke, Quinte West (Trenton), Oshawa and Belleville — are open 24 hours a day, every day, including overnight and holidays. There is no one on site at any hour; the doors and the bays are automated.

  • If nobody works there, how do I get in?

When you book, you get a confirmation email with a Smart Door Key. It activates 15 minutes before your session starts. Tap it at the door to enter, and your bay turns on by itself at your booked time. Verify your phone number when the booking page asks — the door will not unlock until you have.

    How it works

  • My Smart Door Key email never arrived. What do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first — that email is what opens the door, so do this before you set out. The unlock button is also on your booking page, and a text with the unlock link arrives an hour before your session. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@aceindoorgolf.ca or (437) 566-0505. Support is staffed 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily, though the bays themselves never close.

  • Is it safe to come at 2 in the morning?

The door only opens for someone holding a valid Smart Door Key for that time slot, so the facility is not open to the public overnight. Each location has its own entrance, lighting and washroom.

Pricing and payment

  • Is the price per person or per bay?

Per bay, per hour. Bringing friends does not change the price. Rates vary by location and bay type, and each location page lists its current rates. At Pembroke, Trenton, Oshawa and Belleville, Friday to Sunday costs more than Monday to Thursday.

    Compare locations

  • Why is the price at checkout higher than the price on this site?

Because the rates on our location pages are before tax. HST of 13% is added at checkout, so the total is the hourly rate times 1.13. Nothing else is added.

  • What is the difference between an open bay and a private bay?

A private bay is an enclosed room of its own; open bays share one room with the other open bays. Private bays cost a few dollars more per hour; at Pembroke and Trenton they also hold more players. The floor plan on each location page shows exactly where each bay sits.

  • Can I cancel or change a booking?

Cancellations, refunds and changes are handled by the booking system you booked through, and the applicable window is shown to you at the time of booking. If you cannot find it, or you need help with a booking, contact us at support@aceindoorgolf.ca or (437) 566-0505.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, at every location. Gift cards and value cards are bought in the booking system and entered at checkout there. A card works at the location it was bought for, so check the gift cards page for the one you have in mind.

Playing and equipment

  • Do you have clubs I can borrow?

No. Rental clubs are not available at any location, so bring your own set. Balls and rubber tees are provided in the bay.

  • What should I wear?

Clean indoor shoes only — the hitting mats and flooring are easily marked. Otherwise wear whatever you can swing in.

  • I have never played golf. Can I still book?

Yes. The simulators include a practice range mode as well as full course play, so a first-timer can hit balls without playing a round. A short on-screen tutorial walks you through starting a game.

    First-time guide

  • Are the bays left-handed friendly?

Most bays take both right and left-handed players, and a few are right-handed only. By location: Pembroke 7 of 9, Trenton 6 of 8, Oshawa 4 of 7, Belleville 7 of 9. The bay table on each location page marks every bay, so check it before you book.

    See the bay tables

  • How many people can share one bay?

Up to 6 people, depending on the bay and the location — Pembroke and Trenton up to 6; Oshawa and Belleville up to 4. Every bay is priced per hour, not per person. If your group is larger than one bay holds, book two bays side by side or get in touch about a group booking.

    Events and groups

  • Can I play longer than I booked?

Yes, if the bay is free. Five minutes before your session ends, the screen shows a notice with a QR code — scan it with your phone to book more time. When your booked time is up, the simulator locks by itself, so book the extra time before then.

  • Can I let my friends in without me?

You can forward your access email so the people joining you can get in. Whoever made the booking stays responsible for the bay and everyone in it.

At the facility

  • Is there a washroom? Can I buy a drink?

Every location has a washroom, a vending machine and free guest Wi-Fi on site. There is no kitchen or bar.

  • What are the rules?

No alcohol, No smoking or vaping, No loud music. The full terms, including the waiver you accept when you book, are on the policies page.

  • Where do I park, and where is the door?

Use the map and directions link on each location page — they bring you to the right building and door. One entrance is easy to miss: Trenton is entered from the rear of the mall building rather than the street side, so its page includes a map of the route around the back.

  • Do you take corporate or birthday bookings?

Yes. Tell us the location, rough head count and the date you have in mind, and we will come back with what fits.
