Value & Gift Card for Belleville Location
Value Card
A Value Card allows customers to pre-purchase a specified monetary value, which can then be applied toward eligible bookings. Customers may purchase a new Value Card once the existing balance has been fully utilized.
Value Cards may be offered at a discounted purchase price, with the discount rate varying based on the applicable promotional terms and conditions. Value Cards generally do not have an expiration date; however, expiration dates may apply to Value Cards issued as part of certain promotional campaigns.
Value Cards are venue-specific and may only be redeemed at the venue where they were purchased. Value Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who originally purchased the Value Card.
How to Purchase a Value Card
- Log in to your Alba account.
- From the top navigation menu, select Offers.
- Select Value Cards.
- Select Buy and proceed with the purchase.
Gift Card
A Gift Card can be purchased by customers through the booking flow and can be redeemed exclusively toward the purchase of booking hours in Alba. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase products or other services.
Upon purchasing a Gift Card, the customer will receive an email containing a professionally designed PDF with a unique redemption code. The customer may either use the Gift Card themselves or provide the code to another individual.
To redeem a Gift Card, the customer first selects the desired booking hours and enters the Gift Card code on the payment page during checkout. Once a Gift Card is redeemed for the first time, it is linked to the customer’s profile in Alba. This allows the customer to view the Gift Card’s remaining balance and transaction history within the platform.
Gift Cards are non-transferable once linked to a customer profile. If the remaining Gift Card balance is insufficient to cover the full cost of a booking, the customer can seamlessly pay the outstanding balance using another available payment method.
How to Purchase a Gift Card
- Log in to your Alba account.
- From the top navigation menu, select Offers.
- Select Gift Card.
- Enter Amount and Select Purchase and proceed with the purchase.
