Pick a location and a bay
Bays are priced by the hour and by the bay, not per person — each location page lists its rates. Bring friends and the price stays the same.
Open or private? Open bays sit in a shared room with the other open bays. Private bays are enclosed rooms of their own and cost a few dollars more; at Pembroke and Trenton they also hold more players. For a first visit, either works.
Left-handed? Most bays take both. The right-handed-only ones are 2 of 9 at Pembroke, 2 of 8 at Trenton, 3 of 7 at Oshawa and 2 of 9 at Belleville. Each location page marks every bay.
Before you leave home
- Find the booking email. It holds your Smart Door Key. If it is not in your inbox, check spam or junk — nobody is on site to let you in.
- Bring your own clubs. There are no rental clubs at any location. Balls and rubber tees are provided in the bay.
- Pack clean indoor shoes. Outdoor shoes mark the hitting mats.
- Do not come too early. The key starts working 15 minutes before your booking, not sooner.
Getting in
Tap the Smart Door Key from your email at the door. Once you are inside, your bay switches itself on at your booked time. If friends are joining you separately, forward them the access email so they can let themselves in.
One thing catches people out: Trenton is entered from the back of the building. See the Trenton route.
Your first shot
Sign in at the bay as a guest. You do not have to play a full round — the practice range lets you hit balls and see where they go, which is where most first-timers start. When you feel ready, pick a course.
The screens differ by simulator, so there is a step-by-step guide for each:
